Can I keep contract and spot rates together?
Yes. Contract rates keep their validity periods, spot rates are stored for one-off use, and both can be pulled into any quote.
What formats can the agent read?
Rate sheets in Excel or PDF, and rates sent in the body of an email. Anything the agent is unsure about is flagged for review.
How are margins applied?
You set margin rules by customer, lane or service type. The Quoting agent applies them to every draft and shows which rule it used.
What happens when a customer accepts?
The quote becomes a shipment with all rates, charges and customer details carried over, so nothing is typed twice.
Can Berel automate quotes from email RFQs?
