Tracking agent drafts delay updates
When a milestone slips, the Tracking agent now drafts a customer update with the new ETA and waits for your approval before sending it.
Until now the agent flagged delays inside Berel and left the customer message to your team. It now writes that message for you, using the shipment details, the cause of the delay and the recalculated arrival date.
Nothing is sent without approval. You can edit the draft, send it as is, or turn the feature off per customer in your playbook.
